Warranty Policy for Online Purchase
Warranty and Claims
- Warranty Period
The company will provide warranty for the products purchased from us or our dealers only. The warranty period is 7 days from the date of receipt of the products.
- Evidence
2.1 The product must be claimed along with its package and complete set of equipment only.
2.2 The package must contain the sticker and purchase order number.
Without the above evidence, the company will reject the claims in all cases.
- Warranty
The company will provide warranty for damages of the products which are used appropriately and damages incurred as a result of the manufacturing errors only.
- Warranty will not cover the following cases:
4.1 The products which are damaged due to inappropriate usage.
4.2 The products which are damaged because of any accidents including falling or water exposure.
4.3 The products which are inappropriately kept e.g., having water stains, rusts, humidity stains. The products to be claimed must also be in good condition without distorted shape e.g., cracked, broken, bent, crooked, dented, split, drilled, torn, partially missing or modified.
4.4. The products are damaged because of animals or insects.
4.5 The products are damaged because of the intention of customers or users.
- Product Replacements
The company reserves the right to replace the products with those having the equal value for customers in the case that the products are sent for claims, out of stock or discontinued for sale. There is no warranty for refund.
Delivery and Delivery Fee
1) In case of the product damage at the place of origin without the customer’s usage
Fee for delivery of the products back to the shop: The shop will refund the delivery fee at the actual rate (with reference to Thailand Post or Kerry). The customers will request for the delivery fee refund through the shop channel and submit the delivery slip issued by Thailand Post or Kerry. Then, the shop will transfer the delivery fee to the customers within the date of receipt of the customers’ notice and deliver slip.
Fee for delivery to customers: The shop will deliver the products to the customers free of charge.
2) In case of damage after usage for a few days or without usage but within the period of 7 days (from the date of receipt of the products in the delivery system)
Fee for delivery of the products back to the shop: The customers will be responsible for all delivery fees.
Fee for delivery to customers: The shop will deliver the products to the customers free of charge.
3) If the products are not covered by the warranty conditions
If the customers send the products which are not damaged or damaged sue to inappropriate usage or not covered by the warranty conditions to the company, the customers will be notified to take them back within 7 days. If the customers do not take the products and want the company to send them back to the customers, the customers must pay the delivery fee at the rate specified by Thailand Post or Kerry to the company first. Then, the company will send the products back within 7 days.
If the customers fail to take the products or refuse to pay the delivery fee, the company will keep the products but not be responsible for any damage or loss in any cases.
